Since you have a little bit of height to work with, aim to put any additional vents/windows up high like the current one, to reduce risk of drafts. As long as chickens can stay dry and protected from drafts, they'll stay warm. At 6 weeks yours should have enough feathers to be able to fluff up and hunker down if they feel chilled at all.Okay!
