interesting eggshell

My RIR is my most reliable layer right now; she's giving me an egg almost every day.

About 75% of the time, the eggs have small bumps on them; check out the picture below:

Just curious if anyone else had seen something like this and knew what it was. Extra calcium or something maybe? The rest of the time the eggs are smooth like you would expect.

I can't see the pic, but one or two of my RIRs lay eggs that sometimes have bumps on them.

I had an EE lay eggs with bumps towards the skinny side of the egg looked like a crown to me. I always said she laid humpty dumpty eggs.
