INTERESTING STUDY: How many asparagus haters like spinach?

I do not like Asparagus
I do not like "adult" Spinach

I Loooooove "baby" Spinach!!

Salad Recipe
Baby Spinach Leaves
Baby Beetroot (Cooked/Canned/Preserved)
Feta Cheese
Walnuts

Alternate layers of the above ingredients. Add more or less of each to suit your tastes.
Some like to have this with a Caramelised Onion dressing but I like it without.

I am a fan of both. I really like roasted asparagus and spinach is good in things-not a huge fan of it plain.
