I knew I had a broody hen, now it looks like I have 2 sharing the same eggs and "nest box"

The others are laying continuously in that old horse feeder, so there have to be a good 15 eggs at different stages of incubation in there.

How do Isolate/separate these two when they won't let me near them? Or let nature take course and see how these moms do on their own?

Leave em be, if they are ok with each other, who are we to argue, Like sisters pregnant at the same time, the guys just stay out of their way and call them pretty sounding names :lau

I'd leave them alone; they seem happy. However, when the chicks hatch it would be a good idea to move them to the floor so they have access to food and water without having to climb a long ramp.

I had two hens hatch eggs simultaneously. When the chicks from the different hatches discovered each other, they became best friends and nested under one hen at night. During the day, though, both hens raised them together.
