Interior Coop Pics

Our coop is open front most of the year, we just buttoned up the front for winter a couple weeks ago.

Finally got a pic to upload. We have run inside the barn (I am standing in it when I took this pic) the nest box is on the left out of the pic. We use the Best Nest Box rollaway style. Love it. And this pic shows the roost box. We have since replaced the ladder to it with a ramp. It is 4x8 with 2 roost bars. The back has doors that open for easy cleanup under the roost bars each morning. The front has doors too and huge windows covered with hardware cloth plus I can put plexiglass over them in winter. There are vents (again, covered with hardware cloth) on the back doors and side. We have a roost in the run in the corner. There are 2 mirrors also. You can see more details on their page if you want. "Chicky Babe Therapy"

Here is a picture inside "TheCoop". The picture is taken from the back of the coop. I was scooping the poops from the two poop boards under the roosts. The pine shavings in the coop are very dry. I don't think they will require clean out until the spring. I scoop every couple days. The poop boards have a 1/2 inch layer of SweetPDZ.
