Internal pip last night but no further activity - do I need to intervene tonight?

Hi! I've got 10 duck eggs in lockdown in the incubator, locked them down yesterday Day 25, temp is at 99.5-100 and humidity hovering around 65%.

When I was putting them into lockdown last night, I noticed that in one egg, something was waving around in the air cell. I assume that was an internal pip? This was not happening in any of the other eggs.

However, all is quiet today. If night comes and the egg that pipped internally has not externally pipped, do I need to intervene? It will be 24 hours after internal pip by then. I am not clear on whether I should make a safety hole at that point. Thanks!
