International Black Copper Marans Thread - Breeding to the SOP

Well, Very few of my eggs showed any signs of life. I was thinking it was because my temperature at egg level was low but I had several good hatches at that same temperature. It was reading 100 degrees on top shelf. I hadn't put a thermometer at egg level all year. I decided to check temperature at egg level and it was 98 degrees. That thermometer could be off also. With temperatures so high it could have been the heat during shipping. IDK bummer though!

Those harvey eggs? Yes mam, that's a definitely a bummer but you gotta keep on keeping on.

My new incubator is ready for eggs next year. Lol I still need to put my auto waterer up. My husband built me a stand out of scraps to put my incubator on. It gives me a place to put my hatching trays and water also.
