I was told prices just went up. IDK

How big were they? Look on the USPS tracking from them and see how much the box weighed. I just shipped those cockerels on Tuesday.

it is more expenssive in Oz if you sending just one chooks .here they go by crate .6 young pullets or cockerels.by road is $120
by Air from #150 for a box for 3 or $300 for a large cage 8 adult

with those 3 birds you can breed many many line ,wonderfull line .you do no need 100 chooks to produce a perfect bird .

I have been looking @ them for last 1 hour , they complete each other so much .you have body type ,body pattern .comb ,head ,tail ,mass ,eyes ,
Faults to breed out . Split wing ,combs .

Prince X Perfect = cockerels line
SW X Perfect = pullets line .
or other way around .the progeny will tell .wich way is a best to work with .
some back crossing to Perfect to fix the body patern .she is the one going to help you put a correct amount of copper in your future chooks .

Sounds good! You've made me feel better for sure! I thought I was going to have to cull SW and I was hating the thought. I literally felt sick when I realized he had split wing. Thank you for putting my mind at ease and I can still carefully breed him and attempt to eliminate the SW.

Hmm did the sender take a snapshot of the tracking on a receipt? It says the weight on there I know. And on the box itself if you still have it.

i will not let you cull a cockerel off this type even if he had horns never mind Split wing .it is just a problem like others ,just SOP make the things sound terrible DQ .
clean leg is DQ but it is the easiest thing to fix .
SOP talk about show chooks .they never describle the breeders .we as breeders .we have to find way to produce show birds quality .
we are breeders ,so we are the one who decide what to breed in and what to breed out .the SOP tell us what they like to be achieved but they don t tell us how .they only tell us DQ.
we are trying to breed breeders first .The parents stock .when we achieve that ,we start breeding show quality birds .no DQ no any other fault .
for the time been ,we have to work with what we have .
