Orange type of copper is alright what we don t want is a golden ( yellow) type of copper

The last photo was when they first arrived. I'm sure he didn't like the table and I haven't seen him stand quite this way since.

I was out working in the pens and I figured out which hen my bad comb rooster came from. It was Ruby she was a 2019 hatch. They have the same comb.

Yeah, They look alike in many ways. He is doing much better. He is actually breeding the hens now.

It s nice to know you guys are starting to notice how the traits are pass down from parent to offspring . That will help in future selection .
