she is very nice .correct in a lot of traits .truck load .problem she is black .but you have a well colored rooster .
breed her well my friend

thank you. I was hoping to hear that.

black is the least problem. I fixed it in 1 generation. with the roo I have now I might need 2 generations as he is not like my 2 rip roos.

this is luna, the mother queen:

she did not produce good combs but all 3 of her daughters have copper hackles and lay nice dark shiny eggs.

plus plus .
she produce pullets with a coppery hackles and lay dark shiny eggs forget about the comb ,some body else will produce it .
don t expect one hen to produce all the great trait in one generation .

I like Luna ,she has a long flat tilted back ,lovely thin tail .I don see much problem with her comb .maybe nor perfect but it is not bad either .

this photo is not good but she is camera shy and I couldn't get it better. she is a cousin to my marans therefore not too much inbreeding.

from what I can see .see has a nice comb and she look heavy .

when she finishes molting I will take a photo. none of my hens has nice comb but hers is not as bad.

So far my BCM pullets got 3rd and 4th place on the first show. Since its a double show, another set of judges will be judging them again.
