Where I m building now is only good for the chooks nothing else because it is a forest not much clear land. New farm has a lot clear land for other animal cattle , sheep , goat and horses . Plus extra land for market garden and flower nursery if I wanted to do that . It is more versatile not just chooks

I missed having cattle and horses plus I don t want to buy a farm now . So it is great opportunity to rent even for just few years till I clear more land up where I m now .

I am trying. It's good here at night even when it's 100 degrees it always cools down at night. It gets in the 50s. One night not long ago we got down to 35 one night. That is odd this time of year but we went through a cool spell. We are over the cool spell and now it's hot hot! Close to 100 degrees here soon.

I normaly put a fan in the shed to move the air, does work for me ,

I just a call from a friend of mine he own a farm and he is interested in renting it to me or working with me in developing it . The place is about 4 hours drive south of my place . Thinking about taking the offer and relocate Troy s in it so the 2 farms will be close to each other not 10 hours driving like now so I can go and see the chooks there . Very good place up the mountain with a farming community and great farmer market .

it is very handy to have farmer's market around. I am a bit isolated where I live and have to go to athens once a week.
