I think I have commented on all the chooks you posted .
I notice that LS produced better cockerels ,that will make her a cockerels dam. with a high class cockerel I mentioned will be you parent stock for cockerels producing .
MS produced better quality pullets ,that will make her a pullets dam .with a long cockerel will be your pair to produce future pullets .
you need to select one or 2 hens to mate them in the futrue to LS son s GreatSong or his brothers we don t know wet .
yhay how I see the way to work with your flock ,you don t need 100 of them ,down size and work with a wuality to move forward .
all the best my dear friend .love seying your marans .

I like the cockerel on the left next to the pullet ,what a body type ,great tail and deep chest .love his stance ,he is all class
that one will be mated to LoveSong to produce all class marans I think

That's blue band.
He was your favorite from the day I brought him home. He is smaller than the other 2 but I think he is a couple of weeks younger.

let the chooks out today in the small run to get used too to go in and out of they new hen coop ..I left the feed inside but put the water outside in the run .they looked happy and they where doing what I was expecting them to do ,go inside and get the feed and lay eggs in the nest boxes .
happy about that ,going up and down the rump was not a problem .
