I'll say it again .... His copper is gorgeousI was encouraged to share my young Cockerel Drogon here! He’s a BCM from Hoovers hatchery. He turned 14 weeks old today
***Reminder that he is a hatchery quality and not a breeder quality BCM. He came from the Assorted Marans bin at Rural King.

I’m having the opposite issue. Drogon has been more accepting than my pullets .The babies are 5 weeks old today, and the 2 boys are spitting images of Kong at that age. (Both from Joannie). Slightly sad that I didn't get any boys from Betty, but that means I need to hatch more from her.
They've been off heat and all the panels I put on door, ceiling and separation wall are removed for the past 3 days. Still having to oversee Kong so integration is going slow. He's not viciously going after them, but not as accepting as the hens.
And so we continue.... I'll get pics asap.
I’d love to see them!! I have one mystic maran, I read they lay speckled but I wasn’t sure!!Sadly I have none at the moment but looking to hatch some this year at some point....@NanaK has some beautiful girls and eggs.

Mine did. It was very similar to the egg on the left in this pic that one of my BCMs laid just the other day.
