Tomorrow we are going to interview some fawn and white runner ducks. They are about 2 years old. 4 ducks, 1 drake. And, appropriately, it's going to be another wet, rainy day.

Just what I was going to ask. And how will you know they aren't lieing about their answers?

Do you enjoy mud?
Have you ever eaten landscaping without permission?
Are you now or have you ever been a member of the communist party?

Liking mud is going to be a definite plus these day. It's all we have.

I was thinking, "When I let you out into my goat field, am I ever going to see you again?"

Their current employer says they are not people ducks and are not suited to their current high profile positions, but I've heard that about runner ducks before.

Yes, but are they detail oriented?
And how do they feel about an inter-species workplace?

You might enquire into their hygiene and waste management habits as well.
You might start with: "Will you hopelessly muck the goat's water bucket every single day, or only on alternate Thursdays?"
Followed by: "Liquid wastes in one receptacle, solids in another; or do you practice leaving it all over the place as a valuable contribution to a fun and stimulating work environment?"

Of course, we all know the answers to those already, but it will give you some insight into whether they are truthful ducks or not.
