Absolutely you need to be on the lookout for union organization. Those two that Wifezilla pointed out need to be watched carefully. Maybe you can get one of the others to secretly record their conversations.

see how the others are walking away from the newbies?

ok you need to take them out for the ropes course and do the thing where they fall off the back of the truck and everyone catches them. that will get them integrated.

I have started a thread suggesting games suitable for ducks. Please add to it, everyone.
Maybe if we distract them, ducks won't take over the world. For a while, anyway ...
