Intestines out of body on chick? It's not the yolk... *pic*

This guinea was hatched and I immediately saw what looks like intestines out its vent. it isn't the yolk, and it isn't when the vent area is inflamed and looks like a donut. I have seen both of those and this is different. Could I push it back in? He seems alert and OK otherwise, although not moving around like the others. It is a mass, believe me when I saw I know the yolk when I see it. THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR HELP!

OK, so I'm dumb, it is NOT the vent it is the "umbilical" chord area. Thoughts?

I just had a chick born like this. It was the yolk sack I think. Mine now seems to be pulling out some of his insides. I think we are goint to put him down at this point.

looks like lots of bleeding... did you help take him out his shell? he dont looks so well and looks really wet...
