Intoducing chicks to my grown hens

I've read so many articles and now asking for experienced info. I know to keep the chicks separated but close. Read to have everyone roost together at night? And everyone eat the same food. Wow. For how long? Thanks for any advice

And I have the hens on the same diet as the chicks from the time the chicks begin accessing the run (so 3 weeks for me) until the chicks are old enough to lay. Then I switch everyone back to what I normally feed the hens.
