I’m using a red bulb light in the brooder. It is definitely warmer than where she was previously. The feed store was having trouble keeping them warm enough in their pen. I will try the Vaseline. Any other suggestions? I heard she might need sand or grit. What do you think?

Nah, they don't need sand or grit if they are only eating chick feed.
Hopefully she has quieted down a little for you now.

She has quieted down, but her vent looks weird to me still. I’m hoping she doesn’t have trouble laying down the road.
