Not that I recall - my parents were strict about what I watched and I wasn't the type to seek trouble lol. It seems like it was innate but made worse by relatively minor events as I got older - was swarmed by seagulls once, chased by a goose at a pond, etc. I'm now 42 and while it's not phobia level, I don't get close to a bird on purpose.. get a little sweaty in something like an aviary at a zoo, etc. I can do it, but I'm not happy and I'm in a hurry to leave. But the babies are 100% fine - it's the adults that scare me, especially if I can see their feethey btw may i ask about your fear of birds? I just wondering if you saw alfred hitchcocks birds film as a child? that has freaked out a lot of people...
