Introducing a new hen in flock

Hi I collected few hens from different places and now this flock is always fighting. Even roaster also beats weak hens.

I waited for over few months but this fight is never ending, the strong beats the weak or small, they never allow weak to eat properly.

Is there any solution to this problem? I have heard that beak bits may be helpful

Sometime you just have to let them get their pecking order straight and then their fine. How long has it been going on and what are the age and size differences??

Two were 6 months old, 2 are mature I am not sure about their age but even they fight, the strongest stays with the roaster and the other older beaten by the strongest and the 6 month old beaten by all.

it about over 3 months, actually except one all become broody so they are sitting on the eggs and roaster and the strongest one go and beats them in their nests so I put them away for a while. I want to know if beak bits can help in this situation.
