Introducing Disease?

Has anyone ever gotten a disease in your flock by bringing a new chicken or chick into your flock from someone else's flock? If so, what kind of disease did your chickens get?

Yes. Lost more then half my flock. Most thought coryza. Sent a dead chicken off after treat with Tylan and prelim says E. coli. Thinking secondary infection.
