introducing my dogs to the pullets

I am worried and hope some of you can give me some advice. I have 3 large dogs, 1 golden ret and 2 mixed german shep. One of the mixed breeds is a KILLER. Don't get me wrong she is very sweet to the other two large dogs and to the small house dog and even loves the cat, but when it comes to things that run across the ground she can't control herself.
Rabbits, lizzards, and even the wild baby turkeys on our land are not safe.
I have ordered 16 day old chicks to be picked up 8-1-08. We have built a large hen house and a cover pen for the chickens, but would love to let them out on the property.
Any help?

Your dog who is a "killer" should not ever EVER be let loose or alone with the pullets, even if they are behind a fence/wire. The others shouldn't either, but definitely not that one.

Yep. Keep your dogs separate from the chickens.

Some dogs will learn to cohabitate just fine. Others you can never trust. The VAST majority of dogs you can't trust with day olds either way.

My 3 outside dogs are fine with the big girls, but they are shelties and a small mixed breed dog - not high prey drive instinct dogs. I trust them with the girls, but not with anything smaller than a 20 wk old...

I have ordered 15 chickens and 1 rooster. Do you think I could try to introduce them when they are grown?

When I visit the Amish I am always so impressed. They've got dogs, cats, chickens, peacocks all lose just walking around together.

I would never trust my rescue dog again. He's a raunchy thug and has already killed one chick and attacked one duck jumping on top of him. In general he is just extremely aggressive and rough. When he wants to play with me, i feel as if i am being assaulted. Those heavy paws hurt and he can literally knock me down and hold me down. It really depends on the dog.
