Introducing New Chickens

I have 3 grown hens and 1 rooster. I have 15 chicks that I am raising at the moment but I was wondering when and what is the best way to introduce the new chickens to my current grown ones?

I like to brood them in the coop at 1 week after hatch,
then integrate with flock by 4-6 weeks:
