Looking at the run I'd take something like a few pallets or panels of scrap wood and lean them against the run walls to form little hideaways underneath. Or put some smallish items like a couple of small wood chairs towards the middle, to break up line of sight from one side of run to the other.

I guess it was just the first day in with the flock because now they all are cuddled up !

You'll still find some benefits with providing hiding spots, as even a well integrated flock can still have some disagreements, especially if pecking order starts shifting around as younger birds rise through the ranks.
