Introducing new females when there is a Drake

I have two female runners and one Pekin and one male runner. We just bought two new runners (4 months old) and the Drake is chasing them around and doing it's thing over and over. Is this normal? Will he eventually stop? I feel like they are being terrorized by the Drake.

He will settle down he is making sure they know he is boss

You need to put the newbies where they can be seen by the drake but he can't terrorize them. Amake shift pen next to the one the other birds are in and a safe place at night for a while. He sees them as intruders and its his place to run them off. But if you introduce slowly this way give it 3-5 days then let them all be together and see how it goes.
