Introducing new hens

Help, we have just introduced 3 hens to the 5 older ones, they have been able to see each other for a number of months but we, last night, opened up the door to each other, and my question is, how long does it take for them to set up the new pecking order?????

It's been 10 days for mine, and my babies still stay in the coop all day. The hens take the run. It's mostly peaceful now though. Occasional chasing, but not too bad.
