This is Sheila, she is a Lavender Orpington, I just got her today. I lost my Bared Rock, Sophie a few days ago, and Sheila will pick up where Sophie left off.
I named her Sheila after Sheila E. the drummer, protégé of Prince, and daughter of Carlos Escovedo, the drummer for Carlos Santana. So when I think of purple drumsticks I thing of Sheila E.
Lavender is a shade of purple, right?
