Hello everyone,

I have a question what should I do with my chickens that I already have and am introducing a new flock
to the coop do I make them sleep out side for a while or keep the pullets inside until they are fully grown?
please let me know my chicks are growing fast before my eyes!!

- Thank you!

Judy has given you a great link full of good information on the integration process. There are a few different approaches that folks use, each having it's own set of pros and cons....and the "right" one for you will depend on the sort of setup you have and how you can best use it to provide for the needs of both groups of birds you are trying to house.

Hey everyone I am wondering if it is time to let my chicks out in the coop.

- 70 degrees at night
- 1 month old
- they are comfortable
-secure fox proof coop

I got them a day and a month ago.
should we just keep them in there brooding box still because of the older hen
that peck or leave them be and let nature take its course?

heres a pic :)

Have a good evening
Thanks
