Wow, you have some great hobbies! I bet you thought your were retired... and now you have a new career being a farmer!! Congratulations! You just achieved my dream!

Sorry for the losses. I understand your concern about bringing in a new adult bird. Quarantine and biosecurity is some serious business. I've heard the best people to buy from actually won't let you tour their property or will only meet in a separate location... so as to keep any possible "security threats" away from their birds. Both disappointing and reassuring at the same time. Good luck finding a replacement flock protector!
