I'm on a strong lean to Ameraucanas right now. Maybe LF AND bantams. I love the beards and body shape of the Ameraucanas. Plus the eggs are cool and they lay a good bit. Torn between that and getting a couple smaller breeds like D'uccles. I like the mille fleur! I do love looking at all the different unique birds and their characteristics though!

Well I really like game fowl. Obviously not for illegal purposes. I really just like the look of the bird and the way they carry themselves. Also the were the first birds I was exposed to from as early as I can remember so I am a little biased Im sure. They are really loud though and I live in a subdivision. Have you also considered Faverolles?? They are bearded with beautiful coloring in both sexes, and are one of the few five toed breeds. Awesome dispositions and personalities!
