I'm sorry to hear about your chick. This type of deformity will be hard for the chick to thrive with. If you are okay with a special needs chicken for life and it doesn't seem to be suffering, then there is a chance that you can raise it with time and patience, but it will always need lots of special attention if it pulls through. Many decide to euthanize as a more humane option.
