Is “Star” a cockerel?

Hello all,

I have tried to determine if one my 10 week old pullets is actually a cockerel by looking at hackle feather but am not certain. This particular chicken seems to be fearless, being the first out of the gate and approaching me to investigate without fear, whereas the others are more timid.

The hackle feathers seem more pointed than my other chickens, but I defer to the experience of BYC
