Darn! Got it all sorted for the next rally?

I hope so, we think the overheating didn't do any real damage, as far as we can tell from testing. (although you have to obey speed limits and everything, so it is a bit hard to tell)
My brother has been improving it all the time, the latest being a new rev limiter, and launch control.

Yup, which is something I hate.
The other day when we were coming home, the amounts of them was astounding.
All the way home was like 'there's one, oh watch out for that one! I can see another one coming up' etc.

I wasn't quite sure my self (I mean, I knew what it was used for, but..) so I asked my brother/the driver, and he said it limits the revs when one starts off, to give the most efficient start.
And it sounds good!

It's an electronic control to get the most amount of power to the wheels without causing huge amounts of loss of traction to get you underway as quick and efficient as possible

I love those cars.
Ours doesn't sound quite like that, but its the same thing.
We *think* we are allowed to have it, the class our car is in isn't quite clear about whether or not it is permitted.
I guess we will find out..

Yeah, 11 window. Looks like about a '65 based on tail lights and bumpers but I'd have to see more to be sure. $$$$$.
