GOOD NEWS! Now both of my BCM and one of my EE started to lay eggs.

noticed no one really answered this for you...yes breeders do ship to other states. is it safe, well thats a yes and a no. shipping eggs is like gambling. the breeder may package the eggs correctly so none should be able to break but with post office handling there is no gerentee that they wont get broken nor will they hatch. the eggs go through a lot to get to you and the post office isnt to kind to them.
