He did. He had to go to 4 stores to get one. He said people were fighting over the last ones. Its only strong enough to cool one room, but I hid out like a troll in that room that whole day. I came out the next day feeling pretty embarrassed.

It is a painful type of cold for sure.I suppose we're lucky over here. It nevers gets extreme either way. No snow for me this year! Last summer it did get to 35c not sure of what that is in F but that was too much. When I hear about some of you getting this polar vortex and it's - 30f or lower when I worked it out in C! Wow that is beyond serious cold!
