My first computer job, at age 30, was using DOS on a VAX(?)mainframe, magnetic tape data backups, emptying bit bags(joke). PC's came along pretty quickly after that tho.

Really? I've been liking the search function. I thought it worked better.

Ehhh....better in some way, not in others. Can't detail.
Took some real time to learn the functions as there are more 'finessing' options.

Used Windows for a long time, then I switched to Linux. After much complaining and confusion, I will finally (grudgingly) admit that I like it better.

Well, except for the search function is even worse now....
... and the loss of 'view all images in thread'...yeah, it's great .

These are the two things I miss the most. The old search function was amazing. It was like it could match your “idea” and give you relevant results. Now it only matches keywords. Good luck choosing the right keywords, and good luck sifting through all the irrelevant results.
And the old “view images” feature! Was SO useful! If you wanted to know what your breed should look like at different ages, you could scan through the photos without having to scroll through 100s of pages of written words. Find a picture you want to know more about? Click and it took you right to that post. Ah, memory lane!

I do remember that is was nice that way I have learned to find the category first now like the where am I where are you then take that out when they pop add the state search again then change to date after you get the states up

The feature on Huddler where you could view all the images specific to a thread. I think we've talked about it before.
