I really enjoy fresh corn on the cobb in season. I eat a lot of canned and frozen whole kernel corn in the winter, even some frozen on the cobb. Corn makes great ethanol to add to gas and help power our vehicles. Corn makes the absolute best moonshine there is, which I enjoy in moderation when I can find it. It makes some really good feed for our cows, pigs and chickens as well.
