is is bad for a a brother and sister duck to mate if you dont let the eggs hatch??

i got 2 baby ducks that are siblings the and a pekin and cayuga mix i cant tell is they are boy or girl we want 2 females though but can they mate ??? or will it be bad for them ??we wont let the eggs hatch . but f we did would there be any problems please help ?? thank you

They can and will mate if they are male and female. Inbreeding/line breeding unless carried out for many generations causes few problems in poultry.
 
so im confused will it effect the ducks i have now or their eggs??? we wont let the eggs hatch... but will the eggs still be good to eat ?? thanks
 
No effect on the eggs, no effect on the ducks, no effect on any ducklings. Your ducks as Pekin/Cayuga crosses carry highly varied DNA - genotype.
