Cochin boys are usual showing within the first few weeks.Just look under where the wattles will be the boys will be redder than the girls from the start.

BTW- having fertilized eggs makes no difference if you don't incubate. I have LOTS of cochins, and more roos than I "need", but they are so docile, they get along fine
