Is it a Rooster?

I purchased 4 chicks, 2 are 8 weeks old and the other 2 may be about 10 weeks old. The one in this pic sure looks like a rooster.

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. I think 3 out of 4 are roosters, they feathered up very slowly and have big crowns and waddles.
I am new to this forum so it took me some time to upload this picture as I am still learning how to use it. I will try to take a picture of all the chicks.

Pictures of the others? It's too bad that you have to rehome them. You can try posting on your state thread on BYC to find people near you who might be interested!

This another one a few weeks younger.... I thought this might be a pullet but not sure!
