is it coccidiosis if chick had symptoms for 2.5 weeks?

Hi, I had an 7 week old araucana chick who was vaccinated against coccidiosis (covering 4 strains: e. acervulina, tenella, necatrix, maxima), recently pass away from suspected coccidiosis. Unfortunately I did not decide to do a necropsy or fecal float at the time as I assumed it was coccidiosis. However, now that I am reading more into it I'm not so sure.

Prior to symptoms, this chick was slow growing compared to the rest of the chicks (all vaccinated against coccidiosis). They were fed non-medicated chick starter due to being vaccinated.

The chick first displayed clinical signs at 4 weeks old. Its wings drooped, and it didn't stand up straight when walking - so it squat walked. It was cold and often under the heat plate, and lethargic and sleeping a lot. Coincidentally, I had also just started putting poultry vitamins/electrolytes in its water when symptoms appeared.

One week later symptoms progressed - it had a hunched, fluffed up pose. And reduced appetite. By this time I removed poultry vitamins/electrolytes as I suspected coccidiosis. I immediately started amprolium and tortrazuril together in water, per dosage directions. During treatment she perked up a bit and started standing up more straight.

Upon conclusion of treatment, she was less lethargic, but was still hunched and seemed cold. I put vitamins back into water again to replenish B vitamins for two days. However, during this time she seemed to regress to her previous symptoms. I was suspicious and removed vitamins immediately, but she passed two days later (aged 7 weeks). Her final symptoms were lethargy, and refusal to eat/drink and no longer being able to stand up. She did not have any diarrhea/bloody poop issues.

No other chicks had coccidiosis symptoms at any time. However I did have one chick die suddenly around 1 week before this chick first showed symptoms.

My two thoughts/questions are:

1.
Perhaps she accidentally missed her vaccination (breeder skipped her by accident), and hence other chicks were not affected, and she was. If this was the case: is it possible for her to have had coccidiosis symptoms for 1 week before treatment, go through 1 week of treatment, not get better from treatment, and pass 4 days later? (total 18 days of symptoms).

AKA has anyone had a chick survive coccidiosis for that long? As most experiences I've read, coccidiosis kills within one week. And I would have thought her final symptoms would include poop issues due to the attacking of the gut?

Or does it sound like something else she had? Or a combination of coccidiosis and something else?

2. If she got half a dose of vaccination by accident: would that cause a coccidiosis infection that goes on for an extended period of time?

I really appreciate any thoughts you might have.

It would be hard to know what was wrong without getting a necropsy through a vet lab where they are familiar with poultry. A home necropsy might have shown signs of a problem, but hard to know. It might have been a runt or it could have suffered from poor immunity or some organ failure. I’m very sorry for your loss.
