My year old black broiler from Ideal Poultry has a not-so-fluffy butt. It does not stink, per se. It smells like a chicken butt. Not a foul chicken butt. She is on purina layer feed (and greens, bugs, sometimes a nibble at dog kibble). It has been in the 90s as far as weather. She is my rooster's favorite. They cuddle in the dust bath. Her poo looks fine. She eats like a disposal and is still laying roughly one egg a day. I bathed her in Epsom salt for 15 min to get rid of any debris. I sprayed with antifungal spray and applied a cream to be sure. Now that I am in an area with internet, I can upload pictures and get professional opinions.

Looks like she just had a dirty bum.
If she's a broiler, then she's bottom heavy and she may not poop with enough force to clear her rump.
The vent cleaned up very well, it looks normal and healthy to me. No sign of Vent Gleet.
I would just keep her cleaned as needed.
In hot weather chickens drink a lot of water. Extra water consumption can make for runny poop.

Note --- when mating, there is no penetration (roosters do not have an appendage) between a rooster and hen, there is only a touching of vents called the "cloaca kiss".

I wish I were making this up.

Ruby was doing swell. I was watching them from my window because that's my version of cable. I was merrily sipping my tea. Ruby was packing and scratching away at an interesting bunch of pebbles. A white crane (the long legged water bird) came down as if to get into their wading pool (I keep a kiddie pool in there with shallow water because sometimes the ladies like to step inside to cool their feet). The crane cannot get into the run because I have a poulty netting "roof" over it to baffle hawks and owls. So the poor crane bounced off the poultry netting. Just, crumpled into it and bounced off. Ruby lost her mind with anxiety. She and another hen ran into the coop screaming. The rooster and the rest of the hens watched nonchalantly and kept scratching and pecking. Ruby, poor thing, collapsed in the coop. I can see the bottom floor of it from the house. So I gathered up and ran out to check on her. Mr. Crane flew off unscathed. Ruby was lifeless. I suppose broilers cannot take heat and sudden stress simultaneously. I feel like an awful person.

I'm so sorry! :hugs
