Allowed here, both as incubating eggs and food. Cartons are FDA- approved packaging.

I just responded to egg ads today on craigslist. Not only for have I seen eggs for eating, but also for incubation.

If you saw egg ads that have been banned, that's probably because they've been flagged - and that doesnt mean that its not allowed. Some people just flag for whatever reason........
