I have been getting a lot of double yokes lately I wonder why

Yes it is normal in young layers. They are still figuring out how to produce eggs and will lay double yolks until they are a bit older.

They are from my meat chickens

I have no experience with keeping meat birds to laying age. Hopefully someone with experience will chime in. Regardless, as long as they are having no problem laying those big eggs all is good. You are getting twofers.

I already stated why this is happening.

Keep in mind double yolks aren't hatchable. I have only heard of one successful hatch with a twin yolk egg.

Not at all, much of what you post is extremely on point. But other factors causing double yolk eggs are strain of bird, breed of bird, point in laying cycle (end as well as start), and the list goes on.
