For a young chick 4-5 week old to really squawk and squeal when you walk too far away? Bear in mind right now I only have 1 chicken that is still very young but when Speckles gets let loose for a walk about the garden and treats all he/she does is follow me around after the treats are gone. If I go too far Specks will let out this really loud open mouth chirping until either I move closer, or it does a combination of running/floating to be my shadow.
