Help! 22/23 week old Chickens! Breed/gender?!

They’re definitely cockerels :hmm They have a male specific feather pattern, with the reddish hackle and saddle feathers and black breast feathers. They look like they have tiny crests, so I’m guessing they’re olive eggers with Legbar somewhere in their parentage.
The breed sounds about spot on, thinking about the breeds seen in the flock we got the mixed eggs from. My only bafflement is that they're around 23 weeks and still acting very much like hens! All my other roosters were very bitch by 16 weeks and crowing! Maybe late bloomers? I will definitely update everyone!
Thank you so much for replying!

If you have other more mature rooster(s) in this flock or in near proximity it can suppress the hormonal and behavioral development of the younger or less dominant males.

They all mature at different times! These guys are just a little later :)

Hi everyone,

This is my first post, however I'm a long time lurker! I've only been keeping chickens for a year or so and could really do with some help identifying the breed and gender of these two!

Hatched mid January from dark dark eggs.
They were in a mixed batch and I've not a clue what they are!

Are they about to start laying or crowing? 🫠🤔😅 I've researched extensively and I'm just going in circles, I don't have enough experience!

TIA xx
I just wanted to update for anyone who sees this post later on - THESE WERE IN FACT ROOSTERS!
Very, very loud and aggressive roosters, unfortunately. They were rehomed and will be very happy though.
