What is your coop set up?
Any chance you can upload a few photos of your coop?
Do you have a run that you can use to close them in when you aren’t at home?
If so, is it covered, or open?
Are your “new” turkeys close in age to the hen that you still have?
Sounds like you have a plan, I’m just trying to help mitigate possible headaches, if I (we) can....
