I consider having a slaughter on pest birds a very nice option.
Sorry for going off topic but “preach” is a figure of speech. It doesn’t mean someone is referring to religion. Like the phrase “practice what you preach”, etc.Im not from the Bible Belt, I don’t believe in preachers. Lol
You did ask for people's opinions though. When your coop is so massive chicken wire cost over 1000$ of netting, rooster or pet dog wont attack pest birds, and they go through your 50 pound 30$ bag of feed every week, they get in through every hole and everything, and when your neighbor gets so stressed she is giving you her 3 chickens, I consider having a slaughter on pest birds a very nice option. Also your personal opinion is personal
I honestly forgot the price but it was over or around 30-ish and idk if thats a good price or not bc im not good at judging and determining wireI'm still confused where you're shopping that a 1.5'x3' section is 50 bucks
Chicken wire almost always comes in rolls of 25, 50 or 100 feet and either 1.5 or 3 feet high. Check online at tsc. Usually they have it in stockI honestly forgot the price but it was over or around 30-ish and idk if thats a good price or not bc im not good at judging and determining wire
These pest birds are starlings, one of the 3 non-federally protected birds so I could gas them in their sleep, posin chicken feed left outside the run... etcYou may want to reconsider that since it isn't legally an option available to you. You may get a way with it for a while, you may not.
