Is it possible to raise BSF grubs in zone 3-4?

Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone has had success raising BSF in a cold climate. We are in between zone 3 and 4 in Northern Vermont. I am almost sure I have seen BS Flies around, but our Summers have very cool evenings and mornings, sometimes 60s for a week, very little 80s some Summers. Has anyone had success raising them in a similar climate?

Sorry, I don't know the answer, but am curious about how people overwinter in colder zones myself. Hopefully someone will know.
