i am talking to this breeder on CL and they are saying that these are the pictures of their stock and have been used over the past 8 years of their breeding, is that possible or are they scamming me?

Doing a reverse Google search I found both these place using these photos as their own. There were several other websites using these pics too.

i know, i would say no way because i have seen people use these pics before but the problem is EVERYBODY USES THEM!!!!

Well, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is. I've seen many stock photos of chickens being used for profit. You just kind of get to recognizing a stock photo when you see one. People use them because they are attractive and not under copyright.
